Why invest in the Northeast?
The Ruka ski resort is growing rapidly. In recent years, major investments have been made in the area, including a new 8-seat express chairlift and four new slopes.
In summer 2025, we opened Finland’s first alpine coaster to Ruka.
A sauna restaurant has been built at the top of Saarua and more accommodation is being built all the time.
